The clients Ashton and Whitney Brown, already esteemed members of our community, embarked on the journey of building their dream home in the renowned gated community of Hacienda Pinilla, an oasis of tropical modern living. After carefully exploring various available lots together, we collectively agreed that Los Almendros lot number 5 was the perfect choice. This highly sought-after corner lot boasted exceptional elevation and existing trees and vegetation, providing an ideal canvas for their vision of contemporary tropical living.
Whitney & Ashton Brown set out to create a one of kind home that featured revamped colonial architecture features such as courtyards and use of a steel frame structure with contemporary breeze blocks as walls and colonial Spanish roof tiles for the roof, along with modern contemporary lines and materials. The fusion of both styles lends itself to a pool home that feels warm and modern at the same time.
Collaborators
For the architecture and 3D rendering contract, we enlisted the services of C+J Architecture, led by the talented and gifted architect and 3D modeling expert, Mel Jasser. Under their expertise, a custom home designed in a Steel frame and reinforced concrete structure emerged, unparalleled in Hacienda Pinilla, perfectly capturing the clients’ tropical living vision. Every corner of the design exudes personalized touches and unique spaces, ensuring that the home truly reflects the clients’ desires.
Standout Features
One standout feature of the property is the incorporation of custom-made contemporary breeze blocks as divider walls, adding a touch of modernity and sophistication throughout the entire property. These chic details contribute to the home’s distinctiveness and establish it as a standout residence within the private neighborhood.
